The Australian Green Grants Directory, current as at January 2010, is your definitive source for environmental grants available across all levels of government. It is designed to: - Make the information easily accessible
- Increase awareness of the variety of grants available
- Help your organisation locate funding opportunities for a wide range of environmental projects
The Directory includes detailed information on over 100 green programs, including: - How much funding is available
- How to apply
- Who is eligible for assistance
- Website links and useful contact details
Whether you are a small business, NGO or large organisation, or you need $100 to $100,000, don’t miss the opportunity to take advantage of the green government grants available to fund worthwhile activities, projects and events. About this publication The Australian Green Grants Directory is available in two formats and includes print on demand technology (POD) or as a downloadable PDF (ebook). We chose these formats to reduce our environmental footprint. We do not need to store inventory, we can change content quickly and the savings are passed on to you, our customer. Print on demand technical set-up is quicker than for traditional printing, large inventories of a book or print material do not need to be kept in stock, reducing storage, handling costs, and inventory accounting costs and there is little or no waste from unsold copies. There are new funds being created each year, so this Directory will be updated again after the next budget to ensure that the most up-to-date information is available. We encourage all readers to contact us about any errors or omissions and visit government websites for announcements on new or upcoming funding programs. We hope that the information in this Directory on available funding will assist a wide range of individuals and organisations in working towards a sustainable future.
